To announce a direct competitive examination to recruit 50 (fifty) personnel into the corps of Animal Industries civil servants, for the 2017 session.

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.
a) A direct competitive examination to recruit personnel into the corps of Animal Industries civil servants have been announced. The number of available places for the various categories is distributed as follows:
15 Animal Industries Engineers, catégorie «A2» deuxième grade de la fonction publique.
10 Assistant Animal Industries Engineers, catégorie «A1» premier grade de la fonction publique.
Dix (10) Animal Industries Techniciens catégorie «B1» premier grade de la fonction publique.
Quinze (15) Assistant Animal Industries Techniciens, catégorie «C» de la fonction publique.
b) The said competitive examination shall take place on the 18 and 19 November 2017 in Yaounde, the lone examination centre.

REQUIREMENTS
This examination shall be open to an Cameroonians who fulfill the requirements for admission to government employment and conditions laid down by the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service.

17 years at least and 34 years at most as at 1st January 2017 (born between 01/01/1983 and 01/01/2000).

1. Be holder of an Animal Industries Engineer diploma or a recognized equivalent diploma in Animal Industries in one of the aforementioned options issued by a national institution of training or by a recognized foreign or international institution of training approved by Prime Minister’s order.

Article 3.
FILE COMPOSITION.
Candidates’ complete application files shall be submitted, against a receipt, at the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform, Department of State Human Resources Development, Direct and Scholarship Competitive Examinations Service (4th floor, Rooms 405 and 409) or in all Regional Delegations of the Public Service, Recruitment and Training Service, latest Friday 03 November 2017 . The files shall comprise the following documents:
a registration form bearing a CFA 1000 francs fiscal stamp in which the candidate specify his or her option. The forms can be obtained from the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or at all its

NB:
In the absence of candidates in the option of a grade or quorum not met in the said option, the number of places reserved or remaining in that option shall be reserved for the candidates of the option of the for the same grade having registered the largest t number of applications.

All incomplete or late files or files containing documents signed by the Police shall be rejected.

The Minister of the Public Service and Administrative Reform shall announce the date and timetable for the oral part of the examination through a press release for candidates of the ‘A’ and ‘B’ categories who have been declared successful in the written part of the examination.
