HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1.

(1)Professional competitive examination to recruit personnel into the corps of Preventive Customs Officers has been announced. The number of available places for the various categories is distributed as follows: Customs Officers Entrance 2016-2017.
*.10(ten)Collectors of Customsof the first grade of the ‘A’category of the Public Service.
*.15(fifteen)Senior Assistant Collector of Customsof the second grade of the‘B’ category of the Public Service.
*.20(twenty)Assistant Collector of Customsof the first grade of the ‘B’category of the Public Service.
*.25(twenty-five)Waterguard Officers of the ‘C’ category of the Public Service.(2)The written part of this examination shall take place on the 05 November 2016 in Yaounde, the only examination centre

Article 2.
REQUIREMENTS.

Concours-Entrance of Collectors of Customs (Cat A1)
1.Age limit: 50 years at most On 1st January 2016 (be born after 31/12/1965).
2.Seniority required: Having served for at least five (05) years in the grade as at 1st January 2016.
3.Remarks: Open for Senior Assistant Collector of Customs, category “A1”.
Concours-Entrance of Senior Assistant Collector of Customs (Cat B2)

1.Age limit: 50 years at most On 1st January 2016 (be born after 31/12/1965).

2.Seniority required: Having served for at least five (05) years in the grade as at 1st January 2016.

3.Remarks: Open for Assistant Collector of Customs, category “B1”.

Concours-Entrance of Assistant Collector of Customs (Cat B1)

1.Age limit: 50 years at most On 1st January 2016 (be born after 31/12/1965).
2.Seniority required: Having served for at least five (05) years in the grade as at 1st January 2016.
3.Remarks: Open for Waterguard Officers, category “C”.

Concours-Entrance of Waterguard Officers (CatC)
1.Age limit: 45 years at most On 1st January 2016 (be born after 31/12/1970).
2.Seniority required: Having served for at least five (05) years in the grade as at 1st January 2016.
3.Remarks: Open for Preventive Customs Officers, category “C”.

Article 3.
FILE COMPOSITION.

Candidate’s complete application files shall be submitted, against a receipt, at the Ministry ofthe Public Service and Administrative Reform, Department of State Human Resources Development, ln-Service Competitive Examinations Service kamerpower.com (4th floor, Rooms 405 and 409) or in all Regional Delegations of the PublicService, Recruitment andTraining Service, not later thanFriday 21 Octobre 2016. The files shall comprise the following documents:

1.A registration form bearing aCFA 1000francsfiscal stamp. The forms can be obtained from the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or at all Regional Delegations of the Public Service or downloaded at the following website address: www.minfopra.gov.cm
2.A certified true copy of birth certificate signed by a competent civil authority.
3.A receipt attesting payment of a registration fee ofCFA 20 000 francs(twenty thousand) issued by either theService Head for ln-Service Competitive Examinations at theMinistry or the Head of the Recruitment and Training Service at the Regional Delegations of the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform.
4.Acopy of the candidate’s absorption.
5.A copy of the candidate’s reclassification, advancement in grade or change of corps instrument, where applicable
.6.A photocopy of the last advancement decision.7.An attestation of effective presence.8.2 (two) passport-size photographs. 9.an envelop bearing a500 francsCFA stamp.
